Returning an item requires you to cover shipping expenses to our location in Santa Cruz, California. Refunds are not issued until item(s) have been returned and inspected. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item and restored to your original form of payment.

We understand shopping online can be tricky. So we always suggest that you take your measurements and review our sizing information before making a purchase.

Did you know that 60-70% of all clothes made every year contains plastic? Seriously! Look at your clothing tag right now, and we bet it contains some percentage of polyester, acrylic, nylon, or elastane (or maybe not because you know these things already and that’s why you’re shopping here!). While some level of plastic is expected (hello, zippers and elastic waist bands) natural, God-made fibers are 100% the way to go. At Bell the Label, aside from buttons, zippers, and elastic waistbands ;), every single piece of fabric we use is made up of all-natural fibers. Even the filling in the scrap-estries.

As a slow-fashion brand, we really care about your product lasting! All clothing and accessories are pre-shrunk before it ends up on your doorstep. Wash all items on a cold setting. Dry on low for all linen items - or better yet, hang dry! Cotton gauze items may seem to stretch out after awhile, that’s normal, just throw them in a medium heat dry cycle and they will ‘shrink’ back up.

All bags can be thrown in the wash.
